Please provide a full description of the problem:
I am running IncrediMail 2.5 Build 6605252, Setup ID 2, Pn 98684142.
The operating system is Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit, with Service Pack 2.
The CPU is an AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual Core 4800+ 2.51GHz, with 4GB RAM.

There have been no recent changes somewhere itself. I’ve been running IncrediMail about this system
for any couple of years, with no issues, before the annoying error message emerged, and
it comes down up once from time to time. I’ve attempted re-installing # IncrediMail, and that didn’t help by any means shape or form.

As you are experiencing this issue, I’d like you to boot your pc in Safe Mode, which loads Home windows with simply the required motorists, then use IncrediMail again.

To boot your Windows in Safe Mode, please do the following:
Print out these instructions, so that you can follow them after restarting your computer.
Restart your computer.
Before Windows starts, press the ‘F8’ key on your keyboard.
Select the ‘Safe Mode (with Networking)’ option from the ‘Mode Select’ menu.
After Windows starts up, open IncrediMail and let me know if the problem continues to occur.
